LAST WILL AND TESTI~~
I,JAMES D'AHICO,unmarried,of the Borough of Canonsburg,lV'ashington
County,Pe~sylvani8 being of sOlUld mind and memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be .my Last Will and Testament,in
manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made
by me.
ITEM I
I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be
fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
ITEH II
NOT unmindful that I have other brothers and sisters who are excluded
from the terms of this will,I,nevertheless,give,devise and bequeath all the
rest,residue and remainder of my estate real,personal and mixed in equal
shares to the following;my beloved brother,Henry D'Amico and my beloved
sisters,Mary D'Amico and Minnie D'Amico.
ITEH III
In the event my brother,Henry D'Amico and my sisters Mary D'Amico and
~innie D'Amico,predeceases me or in the event that they should die within
thirty (30)days after my death,I then direct that all my property hereto ore
left to my brother,Henry D'Amico and sisters,Mary D'Amico and ~linnie D'Amico
pass by way of substitution to my living brothers,Ralph D'Amico and
John D'Amico and my sister,Rose Andren.They shall share equally.
ITEH IV
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my beloved brother,Henry D'Amico
to be my executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
In the event of the death of my said executor,or if he fails or refuses
to qualify,or is incompetent,I nominate my brother,John D'Amico to be my
executor.I request that no bond be req red of my executor.In the event th t
John D'Amico is unable to serve as executor I then nominate and appoint my
brother,Ralph D'Amico to serve in his place.
In witness whereof,I,James D'Amico,the Testator above named~have
h~reunto subscribed my name and affixed .my seal,the lCl day of ./tJtf/£
in the year of our Lord,one thousand nin~hundred and seventy.
The foregoing instrument was nco in our
presence and by his published and declared as and for his
Testament,and at his request and in his presence,and in the presence of each
