County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and mem-
ory,hereby make,declare and publish this to be my Last Will and
Testament,-"revoking any and all former Wills by me heretofore
made,-
1st.I direct that my Just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.I give,devise and bequeath my property consisting of
the brick building situate Southwest corner of McKean Avenue and
Fourth Street,and being No.337 McKean Avenue,in the Borough of
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my four children,
Neva E.Calistri,Leo A.Calistri,Lillian J.Calistrl and Edward
B.Calistri,in equal one-fourth (1/4)shares and proportions,
PROVIDED,HO'1EVER,that the said Leo A.Callstri,Lillian J.Cal-
istrl and Edward B.Callstri are directed to pay One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars each to the said Neva E.Calistri,which sums
totaling Three Thousand ($3,000.00)Dollars are hereby charged
upon the land.
