CODICIL
I,HELEN DAGOSTINO,of the City of Washington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament heretofore
made and dated September 29,1965.
FIRST:I give and bequeath to my son,Frank Mancuso,
my Savings Account Number Thirty (30)in the Mellon National Bank
and Trust Company,Washington Plaza Office,Washington,Pennsy1-
vania.
SECOND:I hereby ratify and confirm my said Last Will
and Testament except insofar as any part thereof is revoked or
modified by this Codicil.
IN WITN~SS WHEREOF,I have ~o this Codicil set my hand
and seal this ,201'4 day of April,One Thousand Nine Hundred
and sixty-six (1966).

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HELEN DAGOSTINO,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking in full all wills heretofore made by
me.
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to
pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,
Samuel Mancuso,Jr.,all those two houses and lots at 975 and
980 Michigan Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,known and
designated as Lots No.27 and No.52 in the Map1eview Plan of
Lots,which were conveyed to me by deeds of record in the
Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania in Deed Book
630,page 370 and Deed Book 630,page 367.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Frank
Mancuso,all those two certain houses and lots at 976 Michigan
Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,known and designated as Lot
No.51 in the Mapleview Plan of Lots as conveyed to me by deed
in said Recorder's Office in Deed Book 1203,page 489;and at
123 Maple Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,known as part of
Lot No.18 in the Eess Plan as conveyed to me by deed of record
in said Recorder's Office in Deed Book 708,page 282.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my est~te,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever nature cr kind,and wheresoever situate,of which I
shall die seized and possessed or of which I shall be entitled to
dispose at my decease,in equal shares to my two sons,Samuel
Mancuso,Jr.and Frank Mancuso.

Samuel Mancuso,Jr.,to be Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
