KNOVI ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I,MINrIE .BARNICKEL,
of Meadowlands,Chartiers Township,Washington COQOty,Pennsylvani ,
being in good health,and of SOQOd mind,memory and ~nderstandini.
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all former lills or Codicils by me at
any time heretofore made.
AND as to my worldly estate,and all property,real,personal,
or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which
I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise and
beq~eath,and dispose thereof in the manner following,to-wit:
FIRST:I direot and order that all my just debts and funeral
expenees shall,by my Executor hereinafter named,be paid out of
my estate,as soon after my deoease as shall by him be found
oonvenient.
SEC8N:I give,devise and beq~eath to my three children.
Andrew John Barniokel,Harry Barniokel,and Evelyn Katryn Barnioke •
all my property,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever.it may be situate,absol~tely in fee for their own
proper ~se and bohoof to dispose of as they may see fit,share
and share alike and in equal proportions.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,oonstitute and appoint my son.
Harry Barnickel,to be the Exeoutor of this my Last ~ill and
Testament.
IN NITNESS WHEREOF,I,Minnie Barniokel,the Testatrix
above named,have to this,my Last Will and Testament,at the
bottom of eaoh page thereof,set my hand and seal this 19th.day
of April,1940.
