ITEM I I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,including the cost of ~headstone. ITEM II I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,be it realty or personalty and wheresoever situate to my beloved wife, Virginia Doyle. ITEM III In the event that my wife,Virginia Doyle,shall predecease or fail to survive me by 30 days,it is by desire until the death of my daughter,Judith Doyle of 90 Webster Avenue,Hartford, Connecticut to maintain the horne at 704 Wate~Street,North Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,so that she may use the same and so that said horne may be occupied by herself and by my granddaughter,Judie Ann Youger for so long as she may desire to reside at that residence.I mean however,to give Judith Doyle the sole and exclusive rights to reside in o~sell the above mentioned property. To accomplish this purpose I give,devi3e and bequeath to my daughter,Judith,during her life,my horne in North Charleroi, together with all ~he furniture,ornaments,books,pictures and articles of household use and ornament,in said home,or belong- ings of said horne,or belonging thereto,at the time of my decease. r The right of my daughter Judith to keep and maintain possession of this home and of this personal property shall be undisturbed.She shall not be obliged to give any security for the safe keeping or safe return of any personal property. ITEM IV In the event that my wife,Virginia Doyle,shall predecease me or fail to survive me by 30 days,and my caughter Judith sells the property set forth in the above Item,I cirect the proceeds of the sale in the above mentioned home to be divided equally among my three children,Paul Edward Doyle,Earbara Breegle,and Judith Doyle,and my granddaughters,Barbara Lynn Breegle,and Judie Ann Youger. In the event of the sale of the above mentioned property,I direct my duaghter Judith to retain the moneys received from such sale for the maintenance and support of my granddaughter Judie Ann Youger and distribution of the remainder is to be made at the time of Judie Ann Y0uger's 18th birthday. In the event that my granddaughter,Judie Ann Youger,is residing with her mother at the time of my death,and her mother is providing her with maintenance and support,I then direct that my assets be equally divided between the above named individuals immediately. ITEM V I nominate and appoint Virginia Doyle of 704 Water Street, North Charleroi,Pennsylvania as Executrix of this my last will and testament,to serve without bond.If for any reason,Virgini2 Doyle should fail to qualify as Executrix hereunder,or if having qualified,for any reason she should fail to continue such Executrix until the entry of a decree order cpproving her final accounts as Executrix hereunder,then and in such Event,I nominate and appoint Judith Doyle of 90 Webster Avenue, Hartford,Connecticut as Executrix hereunder to serve without bond.If for any reason Judith Doyle should fail to qualify as Executrix hereunder,or if having qualified,for any reason she should fail to cont~nue as such Executrix until the entry of decree or order approving her final accounts as Executrix here- under,then and in such event,I nominate and appoint Paul Edward Doyle,of 900 Seahaue,Corona Del Mar,California 92625 as Executor hereunder,to serve without bond.
