I,ROBERT J.CHARLTON,of South Strabane Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as and for a Codicil to my
Last Will and Testament,dated August 3rd,1950,and direct that the same
shall be attached thereto and taken as a part thereof:
FIRST:It is my Will and I do hereby give and bequeath to my daughter,
BEULAH A.CHARLTON,and my son,DAVID EDGAR CHARLTON,all my household furni-
ture and furhishings in and about my home;and to my daughter,BEULAH A.
CHARL'IDN,my automobile.
IN WITNESS WEEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day
of May,A.D.1955.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named Testator,as
and for a Codicil to his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,woo,
at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other,have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ROBERT J.CHARLTON,of South Strabane Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,make and publish the following as and for my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my
last illness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:To my daughter,BEULAH A.CHARLTON,I give and bequeath
the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
THIRD:To my daughter,BEULAH A.CHARLTON,and to my son,DAVID
EDGAR CHARLTON,I give,devise and bequeath my house and lot where I now reside,
to be theirs absolutely.
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,of whatsoever the
same may consist,I give,devise and bequeath to my following named children,to-
wit:MABEL CHARLTON S.ANDERS,OLIVE CHARLTON GREGG,ROBERT HAROID CHARLTON and
GLENN L.CHARLTON,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby constitute and appoint my son,DAVID EDGAR
CHARLTON,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd
day of August,A.D.1950.
