LAST WILTJ AND TESTAME IT
I,ZUU M.BAMFORD,of the Township of Robinson,County of
Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare the follO'Hing to
be my Last ill and TestaI!lent,at the same time revoking any and all wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my just debts and f\mera1 expenses be
paid as soon as may be conveniently done after my decease.
SF.COND:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my property,real,personal and mixe1,and of whatsoever
character,unto my five daughters,Zu1a B.Cole,Eleanor E.Bamford,Dorothy
J.Bamford,Esther G.Shott and Shirley Ann Bamford,in equal shares.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my aforesaid daughter,
Dorothy J.Bamford,to be the executrix of this my I,ast ill and Testament.
