Corsini,of Worcester,Massachusetts,make this instrument as
and for my last will,hereby revoking all prior wills made by me.
Clause I.
All my property,real,personal and mixed,I devise
and bequeath Ito my wife,ANNE G.CORSINI,if she survives me.
Clause II.
If my said wife pre-deceases me,or if my wife and
I die simultaneously,then I devise and bequeath all my
property,real a.nd personal,to my trustee hereinafter named
in trust,however,for the following purposes.
A.To pay to 0 r for the benef!t of anyone or more
of my children who may be liVing at the date of my death and
the issue of any deceased child,so much of the income and/or
principal as my said trustee may deem desirable for the
comfort,support,maintenance and educa.tion of my said
children and their issue.My said trustee is authorized to
make such paymEnts to or for the benefit of one or more of
my said children,or their issue,to the exclusion of the
other or others,and in such proportions as my said trustee
may deem wise.
B.When the youngest of my children living at
anyone time becomes twenty-ore years of age"or when such
an event becomes impossible"then this trust shall terminate
and the bal ance of the fund remaining in the hands of my
trustee shall be divi ded equally among my children then
living and the issue of any deceased child who shall take
the parent's share by right of representation.
Clause III.
I appoint my said wife"Anne G.Corsini"as my
Ex:ecu tor.
If my said wife does not survive me"then I appoint
my sister-in-law MARGAR:ET M.MARSHALL,as my Executor and
Trustee.
I request that my said sister-in-law,Margaret M.
Marshall,be made guardian of any minor children living at
the date of my death.
I request tha t all those named Executor,Trustee
and/or Guardian be exempt from furnishing surety or sureties
on their official bonds.
My executors and trustees are authorized to sell
any real or personal property at public or private sale upon
such terms and condi tiona as my said executors andlor trus tees
may deem desirable.

My trustee is a uthoriz ed to invest and re-invest
the trust funds in conservative securities.
My executor and/or trustee are hereby authorized
to settle or compromise all kinds of taxes.

initials on the two preceding pages,this eleventh day
of June,A.D.1951.
