LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,LOUIS DIESEL,of the Borough of Houston,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament,and do hereby revoke all other Wills and
Codicils by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to payout
of my estate all my just debts,funeral expenses and the expense
of administering my estate as Soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,EVA DIESEL;but in the
event my wife predeceases me,or we die together as a result of
a common disaster,then I give,devise and bequeath all the
residue of my estate as follows:
$4,000.00 to my daughter,Anna Louise McCabe~
$4,000.00 to my son,Robert M.Diesel
$4,000.00 to my son,Richard L.Diesel
I have already made arrangements during the lifetime of my
wife and myself for my son,Donald L.Diesel,as tothis $4,000.00
share of my estate,as I have already made a gift to him during
our lifetime.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
is to be divided equally among my four children,that is:
1/4 to my daughter,Anna Louise McCabe
1/4 to my son,Robert M.Diesel
1/4 to my son,Richard L.Diesel
1/4 to my son,Donald L.Diesel.
FINALLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
EVA DIESEL,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament;but in

the event she predeceases me,or is unable to serve in the capa-
city of Executrix,then I hereby appoint my son,Donald L.Diese1,-
I Alternate Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.My son,
Robert M.Diesel,is to act as Second Alternate Executor,in the
event my son,Donald L.Diesel,is unable to act as the Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,LOUIS DIESEL,the above-named
Testator,have hereunto set my hand and seal,this ~day of
