LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
GLADYS M.DECKER
I,the undersigned,GLADYS M.DECKER,of North Franklin
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and
declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament,revoking
any and all Wills b~me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of
my last illness be paid as soon as possible after my death.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate unto my
two daughters,PHYLLIS SMITH and NANCY D.BROWN,in equal shares.
J.If either of my said daughters should pre-decease me
and should die leaving issue surviving them I direct that my
deceased daughter's share of my estate shall be distributed to
her said issue,per stirpes.
4.I nominate and appoint my said daughter,NANCY D.BROWN,
to act as Executrix of my estate,if she survives me.If my said
daughter,NANCY D.BROWN should not survive me I nominate and
appoint my said daughter,PHYLLIS SMITH,to act as Executrix of
my estate.I direct that my Executor or Administrator shall not
be required to enter security in any ~urisdiction in which she
may act.
In Witness Whereof,I hereunto set my hand and seal,
February 9 ,1978.

Testatrix,as and for her Last Will and Testament,in our pre-
sence,who,at her request and in her presence and in the pre-
sence of each other,have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.
