LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HARRY L.BEDn.ION,also known as H.L.BEDn.ION,of the City of Wash-
ington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as
and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at
any time heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last ill-
ness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:To my son,PRESTON L.BEDILION,and his wife,MARCELLA I.BEDILION,
I give and bequeath all of my life insurance,and also their note which I hold,
dated June 'Zl,1947 for $1,000.00,and direct that the same shall be cancelled.
THmD:All the rest and residue of my estate,of whatsoever the same may
consist,I give,devise and bequeath to my three children,namely PRESTON L.
BEDILION,H.LESTER BEDILION and H.HERBERT BEDILION,share and share alike.
AND LASTU,I hereby constitute and appoint my son,PRESTON L.BEDILION,and
his wife,MARCELLA I.BEDILION,Executors of this my La,st Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 12th day of
September,1951.
