I,WILLIAM H.HARLE of Fallowfield Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all other
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give,bequeath and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever nature and where-
soever situate at the time of my death,unto my beloved niece,Norma
L.Winwood,her heirs and assigns,forever and absolutely.
THIRD:I have made this Will being fully cognizant of
the fact that at the time of the execution of this Will my brother,
Frank Harle,is living,and that my above mentioned niece has severa
brothers and sisters living.It is my purpose to make her,the said
Norma L.Winwood,my sole heir.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint to
serve as Executrix of this my LAST WILL and TESTAMENT,my beloved
niece,NORMA L.WINWOOD.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,WILLIAM H.HARLE,the Testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
to this,my LAST WILL and TESTAMENT,this ad day of February,
1960.
