wife Elizabeth Cree desire to remain in possession of the farm
after my decease,then my will and desire is that all the income
received from my Telegraph Stock and the income received from my
Stock in the Saving and Loan Association of East End Pittsburg
shall be used for the maintenance of the family,paying taxes,
and keeping up the repairs of the farm.
And should my sisters Emily Cree and Minerva Cree and
my wife Elizabeth Cree desire to sell the farm and do sell it,
then I give and bequeath all my personal property and effects of
whatever kind to my wife Elizabeth Cree and Ella Agnes Horner to
be divided between them equally
I also desire that all the interest received from mone~
loaned be used for the maintenance of the family and keeping up
the repairs of the farm.
I give and devise my lots of ground in the Borough of
Carmichaels to my wife Elizabeth Cree and my daughter Ella Agnes
Horner to be divided between them equally.

And lastly,I do make,constitute and appoint Frank H.I
Horner and W.M.Nickeson to be the Executors of this my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by
me at any time heretofore made,and declaring this to be my last
Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed my seal the twenty seventh day of November in the yeaJ
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven.

Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said county,
personally appeared James H.Guseman and David Kerr,subscribing
witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing,purporting to
be the last Will and testament of Hiram H.Cree late of Cumberland
-Township in the county of Greene,deceased,Who,being dUly sworn
according to law,depose and say that they were personally present
and saw and heard the said testator sign,seal,publish and declare
the foregoing instrument of writing,as and for his Last Will and
Testament,and that they signed their names as witnesses to the
said instrument of writing in the presence of the said testator
and at h~s request,and in the presence of each other,and at the
time of signing the same he,the said testator was of sound and
disposing mind,memory and understanding,to the best of their
knowledge and belief,and that as they shall answer to God at the
last Great Day.
