I,HAW~INS R.CRAWFORD,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby lTiake my Last Will and Testament,and
revoke all Wills by me ~t any tine heretofore made.
I give,devise and bequeath all of my personal estate,
including money,stocks,etc.,to my wife,Nyrtle E.Crawford,her
heirs and assigns forever.
I give,devise and bequeath all of my real estate and partic-
ularly my horne residence at No.219,Fallowfield Avenue,Charleroi,
Pennsylvania,being a Lot of Ground fronting twenty-two (22)feet
on Fallowfield Avenue and extending back one hundred (100)feet to
an alley,together with the house and garage built thereon to my
Wife,Myrtle E.Crawford,for and during the term of her natural
life.
At the death of my Wife,Myrtle E.Crawford,I give,devise
and bequeath all of rn:.r real estate,and particularly my home pro-per y
located at No.219,Fallowfield Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,to
my children,Samuel !i.Crawford,Vera f.Hunter,and Thelma May
Crawford,share and share alike,their heirs and assigns forever.
I non.inate,constitute and appoint ILy son,Samuel H.Crawford,
and my daughter,Thelma May Crawford,to be Executors of this my
Will,and I direct that they shall not be required to enter securi~
in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set/my hand and seal to this my
Last Will and Testament,this r~day of July,One thousand nine
hundred and fifty~seven (1957).
Signed,sealed,published and declared by HAWKINS R.CRAWFORD,
the above-named testator,as and for his Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who at his request,in his presence,and in
the presence of each other,all being present at the same time,
