I,ALBERT COLLINS,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,make and pUblish this my Last Will and Testa'
ment,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at
anytime made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,shall,.I
as soon as conveniently may be done,pay all my just debts,funeral
expenses and expenses of the settlement of my estate,including a
suitable marker for my grave.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Albert
Collins,Jr.,all of my real estate,absolutely,in fee simple.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to my five children,
viz:Ruth McKee,Elizabeth Westwood,Mary Richardson,James
Collins and Albert Collins,Jr.
FOURTH:I hereby constitute,nominate and appoint First
National Bank of Monongahela City,Pennsylvania,as Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 26th day of September,in the year of our Lord,one
thousand nine hundred and fifty-two (1952).
