I,Omar Evans Baker,of R.D.#4,Washington,~enna.,being in good
health of body,and of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make and declare this to be my last will and testmnent,in manner
following,that is to say,I order that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and charges of proving this my 'rill,be in the first
place fully paid and satisfied;and after payment thereof,I give
and bequeath all of my real estate,ready cash and all personal
property to my wife,Jean Baker,of h.D.#4,Washington,Penna.
I give and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof
unto my executor,administrator and assigns,AND I do hereby
nominate,constitute and appoint Jean Baker,my wife of R.D.#4,
Washington,Penna.,executor of this my will,her8by revoking and
making void all former and other wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made,and declare this only to be my last will and testament.
