Countyr Pennsylvaniar being of sound mind,memory and understandingr do hereby maker
publish and delcare this to be my Last Will and Testamentr hereby revoking and making
void all former Wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FI RST.I di rect and order that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by
my Executor hereinafter namedr be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall
by him be found convenient.
SECOND.I gi'/er devise and bequeath all of my propertYr real and personal r
wherever situatedr and whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,to
my childrenr John Dorosh of 621 Homesweet WaYr Carmichael,Californiar Mary Bethem
of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,and Helen Simko of Canonsw rg,Pennsylvania,equally shar
and share alike.
THIRD.I hereby nominate r constitute and appoint AUGUST BETHEM to be
Executor of this My Last Will and Testament.
