LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,PRIMO CALEFFIE,of R.D.#2,Avella,Washington County,Pennsylvan'a,
being of sound mind,memory,and understanding,do hereby make,publish,and
declare this t~be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereby revoking and making void any will or wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
If my wife survives me for the space of one calendar month,then,but
not otherwise,I give,devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to
her absolutely and appoint her sole executrix of this,my Will.
If my said wife shall not survive me for the period aforesaid then and
in tnt case,I appoint my son,ROBERT CALEFFIE,Executor of this,my Will,and
I direct and declare that the subsequent clauses of this,my Will,shall take
effect,but that othe~7ise such clauses shall be absolutely null and void.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath all my property,real,
personal and mixed,to my children,ROBERT CALEFFIE and EMMA CALEFFIE,to be
divided equally between them,share and share alike.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,PRIMO CALEFFIE,the Te stator,
have to this,my Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and seal this
