MELVIN G.DAY

I,MELVIN G.DAY,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
declaring null and void all other wills or papers in the nature thereof,
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,
personal and mixed,to my wife,Helen J.Day,her heirs and assigns,
PROVIDED,she survives me for a period of thirty days,and in the
event that my wife does not survive me for a period of thirty days,
I then give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,personal and
mixed,in equal shares to my two children,namely,DONmDG.DAY,
~Sus~Y6hanna,RiD.#~,Pennsylvania,and PAUL D.DAY,646 North Sixth
03~p¥tb Avenue,Canton,Illinois,their heirs and assigns.
~~(2,SECOND:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,-/yy~~-He en J.Day,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the
event that she is not able to act for any reason,I hereby nominate
constitute and appoint my son,Donald G.Day,Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I hereunto set my hand and seal,this
day of June,1960.

Testator as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the presence
of us,who,at his request,in his presence and in the presence of
each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
