LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,OLIN V.CHAMBERLIN,A resident of the City of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found con-
venient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature and whereso-
ever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at
the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
beloved wife,Margaret M.Chamberlin,provided she survives me
and provided further that in the event we both perish as the
result of a common disaster,she survives me by five (5)months.
THIRD:In the event my said wife,Margaret M.
Chamberlin,predeceases me or dies as the result of a common
disaster within five (5)months from the date of my decease,then
,
and in such event,I give,devise and bequeath my estate to my
children namely:Margaret C.Maxwell of Port View,Pennsylvania;
William Bradford Chamber1 in of Washington,,P.~b;rlSYlvanj.a;Marian
Elizabeth C.Stockdale of Washington,Pennsy vania;Nancy
Chamberlin of Washington,Pennsylvania;Lois C.Zehner of Grand
Rapids,Michigan;and Philip Morgan Chamberlin of New Orleans,
Louisiana,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife,
Margaret M.Chamberlin,to be the Executrix of this,My Last Will
and Testament,but in the event she should predecease me,I
appoint William Bradford Chamberlin and Marian Elizabeth C.
Stockdale,or the survivor of them,as Executors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 18th day of August 1955.
