FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can convenientl be done.I have already provided in an insurance policy known as the l'Jednota Lodge"for the burial expenses of my funeral. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my real property located in Fredericktown,consisting of a brick house,garage and land and being the house where I now reside,to my son,EDWARD.
