First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon after my decease as may conveniently be done. Second.I give and bequeath unto the Midway Baptist Church of Mid,o(aY" Pennsylvania,the sum of Twelve Hundred ($1,200.00)Dollars. Third.I give and bequeath unto the Midway Baptist Church of Midway, Pennsylvania,the sum of One Hundred ($100 .00)Dollars for Church Missions. Fourth.I give and bequeath unto my sister-in-law,Betty Davidson,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars. Fifth.I give and bequeath unto my sister-in-law,Margaret Davidson, the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars. Sixth.I give and bequeath unto my nephew,'James Wilson',the sum of Five Hlmdred-($500.00)Dollars. Seventh.I give and bequeath unto my niece,Mariam Davidson,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars. Eighth.I give and bequeath unto Rev.,Phillip Home,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars. Ninth.I give and bequeath unto my brother,William G.DarldsoJh my clothing,household goods and personal effects,to do with them as he sees fit. Tenth.I give and bequeath my household furnishings,which are o\med jointly by William and I,to my brother,William G.Davidson. Eleventh.I give,devise and bequeath unto my brother,William G.David- son,my one-half interest in residence situate at 204 Jefferson Street,Mid- way,Pennsylvania. Twelfth.ALL the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares,share and share alike, to my four brothers and two sisters,namely,Robe~W.Davidson,William G. Davidson,Wilbert L.Davidson,Cyrenius Davidson,Martha Warnick and Cora M. Boles,to have and to hold to them,their heirs and assigns forever. Since my sister,Martha Warnick,preceded me in death I direct that her share of the residue of my estate be distributed equally among three of her children,namely,Blair K.l~arnick,Raymond Warnick and Evelyn F.Brennan,to have and to hold to them,their heirs and assigns forever. In the event my brother,William G.Davidson,fails to survive me, without leaving issue,the share to which he would have been entitled shall become a part of my residuary estate and be distributed equally to my afore- named brothers and sisters,according to distribution as outlined in para- graph twelve,to have and to hold to them,their heirs and assigns forever. Thirteenth.ALL of the above gifts are to be free and clear of my Inheritance Taxes and any Inheritance Tax shall be paid from the residuary part of my estate. LASTLY.I do make,constitute and appoint my cousin,Lawrence Wm. Walter,Sr.and my two brothers,William and Wilbert Davidson,or the sur- vivor of them to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
