LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARY CERUTTI
I,Mary Cerutti,a resident of New Eagle,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I hereby provide that my hereinafter named
executor shall pay all my just debts and funeral expens es as soon
after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I desire that whosoever shall take care of me
during my last illness shall be compensated therefor.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars to each of my three (3)beloved grandchildren,
Albert Carl Cerutti,Dolores Cerutti,and Eileen Cerutti.
FOURTH:I desire that my beloved children,James
Cerutti and Mary Cerutti have the right to live or occupy my
home in New Eagle as long as they so desire;in case of the sale
of the same,however,I desire that the proceeds thereof become
part of my estate.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my four (4)
beloved children,James Cerutti,Albert Cerutti,Edward Cerutti,
and Mary Cerutti,share and share alike,and to be equally
divided among them.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,
James Cerutti,as the executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,and direct that no bond shall be required of him.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 23rd day of September,1953,to this my Last Will and
Testament.
