publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my iust debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue anqte-
mainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed to my sons,John Howard
Bodmer,Rudolph Garl ~odmer and William ~loyd Bodmer,to be divided
among said three sons,share an~hare alike.
~hird.I hereby direct and empower my executor hereinafter named to
sell all my real estate,either at public or private sale,within a
reasonable time after my death and to divide the proceeds thereof among
those entitled thereto under the provisimns of this,my Will,as soon
as he~9an advantageously do so.
