FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my illness and funeral. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the home property located at 525 East Beau street,Washington,Pennsylvania,as well as the furniture and fixtures therein,to my son,Francis X. Cronin,in trust,nevertheless,for the following purposes:To hold and maintain said property for the use and benefit of any of my children who desire to occupy it as a home.I If any of my children remove themselves from the family home,their interest in said property shall cease and terminate.If my trustee will maintain the home during the lifetime of any of my children who continue to reside there,any expense necessary for the payment of taxes or repairs on said home shall be borne prorata by those children occupying same.In the event my trustee,in his sound discretion,shall deem it advisable and for the best interest of my said children,to sell the said property,furniture and fixture , I hereby authorize and direct him to sell same at either public or private sale,without bond and without leave of Court,and to give a good and sufficient deed therefor.The proceeds of said sale shall be divided equally between the children residing at said hom ~t the time of said sale,including Francis X.Cronin,my trustee. I have devoted a great deal of thought over a long period of time before making this Will,and my sole thought in arriving at the terms of this Will has been to arrange the disposition of the home property to the best interest of the home. \ THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my children,in equal shares. FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint Francis x. Cronin Executor of this my Will,and I direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
