I,Helen Dzubtnski,also known as Helen Dzubinsky,also known as
~Helen Kino,also known as Helen Kinio,of Donora,ashington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and
declare this as and for my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
null and void any and all Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature there-
of by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and f'lUleral expenses shall
be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situated at the
time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Ann Kino Walters,
now residing at Beverly Hills,California.
THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint the First National Bank
of Monongahela City,Monongahela,Pennsylvania,as executor of this my last
Will and Testament.
