LAST WILL AND TESTA~NT
I,MIKE HANNA,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do here~y
make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in the manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will orWillsheretomadebyme.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,arter my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder or my
estate,whether real,personal or mixed,whatsoever or whereso-
ever situate at the time or my decease,I give,devise and be-
queath to my wife,Nesta Hanna.If,however,she should predecea
me,or die at the same time that I do,then I give,devise ane
bequeath such residue of my estate to my children,George Mehen,
Joseph Mehan,Mary Mehan,Mike Hanna,Jr.and Martha Hanna,sr.:.areandsharealike.
THIRD:I constitute and appoint Paul N.Barna as
Executor of thIs MY Last Will and Testament.
