I,THOMAS HERCEG,SR.,of South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory do hereby make publish and declare this Will to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other
Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I order and direct that my Executor,hereinafter
na~ed,pay all just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I do hereby give,devise and bequeath all of
my property,real,personal or mixed,wheresoever the same may be
situate,to my daughter,EMMA HERCEG,of R.D.#2,Vance Station
R09d,South Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
fo~and during her lifetime and upon the decease of my daughter,
EM\ffi HERCEG,the said property shall go equally to my three (3)
da~ghters,MARY HERCEG,MARTHA HERCEG and HELEN HERCEG all of
R.D.#2,Vance Station Road,So~th Strabane Township,Washington
Co~nty,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I do hereby give my daughter,E~W~HERCZG,the
ri~ht to dispose or use up any of the personal property in which

be appointed Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament to serve
