and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind ana memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my iust delns and funeral experlses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
I direct that my ~emains be interred in the Priest's.Plot in
St.Mary's Cemetary,Pittsburgh,Pa.
A.fter all illy debts and funeral expenseis are paid,I bequeath
whatever balances remain to my accounts in The Mellon National Bank
and the Dollar Saving Bank of Pittsbur~,Pa.,to Miss Mary C.Gain.
In addition,I bequeath to Miss Mary C.Cain the stock I hold in
The First National Bank,McDonald,Pa.,together with any real or
personal property that I have.
