I
:County,Pennsylvania,being of full legal age and of sound and
disposing mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all prior
testamentary writings by me at any time made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor to pay my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property
to my wife,Flora Della Piazza,if she survives me;otherwise
to my two sons,John and Joseph Della Piazza.
THIRD:If my wife does not survive me,then my eight (8)
room home in which I am living at the time of making this Will,
is to be divided so that my son Joseph will receive the four (4)
rooms occupied by me,along with the contents thereof;and my
son John shall receive the four (4)rooms on the other side,
together with the contents therein.
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint my son,Joseph Della
Piazza,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament if he sur-
vives me and is willing and able;otherwise,I appoint my son
John as Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,John Della Piazza,the Testator,
