LAST WILL AND TESTM~~NT
I,MARI~ZERBI CHAIPELLQ,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will
or Wills heretofore made by me.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my five room,two
story house,garage and lot located at 1223 Prospect Avenue,
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my sons,JACK
~ERBI and JOHN ZERBI as joint tenants without right of survivor-
ship,conditionedonthe payment of Six Hundred ($600.00)Dollars
to my son,LOUIS ZERBI,now a member of the armed forces of the
Uni ted States.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate at the time
of my death,I give,devise and bequ~ath to the said ~ACK ZERBI
and JOHN ZERBI,share and share alike,and/or their heirs and
assigns forever.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my sons,JACK
~ERBI and lQliN ZERBI to be my Executors of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN WITlffiSS WHEREOF,I,MARIE ZERBI CHAIPELLO,the Testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal
