LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,DORA COHEN,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.All of my estate real,personal and mixed,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Rose Cohen,for and during
the term of her natural life,with full power on her part to use
and consume the same as she may deem fit,with full power to
manage,lease,mortgage or convey real estate the same as I could
do if living,with no obligation ,on the part of any purchaser to
see to the application of the purchase money.Upon the death of
my said daughter,Rose Cohen,whatever real estate,if any,
remains,I direct shall be sold by one of my executors or executro
hereinafter named,at such time,and for such price,and upon
such terms as said executrix or executor shall deem fit,with
full power to deed and convey said real estate the same as I
could do if living,and the net proceeds thereof shall be paid
over equally to two of my sons,namely,Israel Cohen and
Benjamin Cohen,or the survivor of them alone,and if no survivor,
then to my then heirs at law.
2.I direct that all inheritance taxes shall be paid
out of my general estate.
3.I direct that all shares and interest in my estate
while in the hands of any of my executors or executrices or

sequestration,for any debt,contract,obligation or liability of

any legatee or beneficiary,and shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment,conveyance or anticipation.
4.I hereby appoint my daughter,Rose Cohen,as
Executrix of my estate,and in the event of her death,I then
appoint as Executrix or Executor one of the following persons in
the order named:David Cohen,Rachel Goldfarb,Samuel Goldfarb.
I direct that bond shall not be required for any purpose from any
of my said executrices or executors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 'L day of February,1957.
