I,Elizabeth M.Hefferan,of the City of Washington,
Wasr-ington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare
this to te my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct the payment of all my just debts,
including my funeral expense.
~BCOND:I give,devise and bequeath the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever
situate £nd wheresoever found,to my brother,WILLIAM F.BERGIN,
ABSOL1JTELY.In the event my said brother predeceases me,I give,
dev:se and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate to my cousin,@~METT RICARDS,now residing in the Penn-
sylvania Apartments,Center Aveune,Pittsburgh,ABSOLUTELY.
THIRD:I appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK of Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania,as Executor of this will.
