WILL OF JAMES M.COLAIZZO•
I,James M.Colaizzo,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,unto my beloved wife,
Ethel M.Colaizzo;provided,however,that if my said wife shall
have predeceased me,then and in such case,I give,devise and
bequeath all my estate unto my daughter,Constance Carol Colaizzo.
SECOND AND LAST:I nominate,constitute and appoint
my beloved wife,Ethel M.Colaizzo,to be Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament;provided,however,that if my said wife shall
have predeceased me,or for any other reason shall be unable to
serve,then I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,Constance
Carol Colaizzo,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this~day of August,1957.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named James M.Colaizzo as and for his Last Will and Testament in
the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at his
request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator
and of each other.
