LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,TOQUATRO
DALLAGLIO,of the Borough of Speers,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of
my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as
ronveniently possible after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,ELSIE
DALLAGLIO,to have and to hold the same unto her,her heirs and assigns
forever.
THIRD:In the event that the said
ELSIE DALLAGLIO predecease me or die simultaneously as a result of a
common disaster or die within a period of thirty (30)days from the
date of my death,I then give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate unto my beloved daughter,PATRICIA
KAY DALLAGLIO,to have and to hold the same unto her,her heirs and
assigns forever.

FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and

appoint ELSIE DALLAGLIO,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
In the event my wife predecease me as hereinbefore set forth,I
nominate,constitute and appoint PATRICIA KAY DALLAGLIO,Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event my daughter is a
minor and cannot serve as Executrix,I then nominate,constitute and
appoint HELEN ERMLICH and HERMAN DALLAGLIO as Co-Executors of this
My Last Will and Testament,and direct none shall be required to enter
security in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal to this my Last Will and Testament this ~day of June,in
the ~of our Lord,One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-five (1965).
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the
said TOQUATRO DALLAGLIO,as and for his Last Will and Testament,in
the presence of us,who,at his request,in his presence and in the
presence of each other,all being present at the same time,have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
