This is my last will.In case I should die,I leave my
assets,which means property,I leave to six persons,that is,
first my wife Emilia Plavka Banko,then my daughter Anna Hinz,
then Mary TaUbman,then Susan Hanson,then Joseph Banko then
Elizabeth Sinopoli.I leave my watch to Daniel Hinz,water share
to Joseph Banko.Articles which were bought together with my
wife,they are -------.All of my assets consist of buildings
and also the money which is in the First National Bank of Roscoe.
The lodge money has been divided.The insurance with the
Pittsburgh Steel Company goes to my five children.Naturally the
Law of Pennsylvania gives the wife 1/3 one third of the property.
I am writing this while I am of sound mind.
