LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ORPHA A.HOLLEN,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expensesl
shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable
afte~my decease.
SECOND:I direct that my funeral shall be conducted by
Piat~Funeral Home,and that my body be interred in Washington
Ceme~ery beside my late husband,Jacob W.Hollen.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my sister,Maude Flanner,
of Morgantown,W.Va.,the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($250.00).
FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my step-son,Harry Hollen,
of Struthers,Ohio,the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00),
and to his wife,Dorothy Hollen,the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00).
FIFTH:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to be
generous in the amount paid to the person or persons who may take I
care of me during my last illness.
SIXTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my brother,
I Howard Cox,of Extension Avenue,Washington,Pa.,his heirs and
assigns forever.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint Wray G.ZeIt,Jr.,
Executor of this my Will,and I direct that he shall not be re-
quired to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament this 27th day of July,1960.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by ORPHA A.HOLLEN,
the above named testatrix,as and for her Last Will and Testament
in the presence of us,who~at her request,in her presence,and
in the presence of each other,all being present at the S8me time,
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
