BE IT REMEMBERED,that I,WILLIAM J.BROViN,of Dlmlevy,Washingto
COlmty,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,and
intending to dispose of all my estate and property,do hereby make,publish
and declare the following to be~my last will and testament,hereby revoking
all wills,codicils and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I.order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease.
SECOlID:I order and direct that my Exeoutor hereinafter named
shall purchase and have ereoted at my grave such tombstone as he may think
prope r.
THIRD:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all the re st and
residue of my estate,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever,
in fee simple and absolutely,unto my beloved wife,Marion D.Brown.
FOURTH:If the said Marion D.Brown is not living at the time
of my decease,then I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto my nephew,Roger
L.Grandy all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal
and mixed in fee simple and absolutely charged with the payment 1::U him within
six (6)months from the date of my decease,the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars to George Grandy,my nephew,and One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars to
Louis L.Smith,my nephew.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint Roger L.Grandy
as Executo r of this my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF',I,WILLIAM J.BROWN,the testator,have to
this my last will and testament,set my hand and seal this
April,one thousand nine hundred and fifty (1950).
