Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all wills at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST:All of my estate,whether real,personal or mixed c.nd whereso-
ever the same may be situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
GRACE E.DOUGHERTY.
SECOND:In the event my wife,GRACE E.DOUGHERTY,does not survive
me,the_I I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,
persona~or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,to my children:
JOAN L.MAWHINNEY c.nd RAY N.DOUGHERTY,share and share alike.
THIRD:I nominate a.r::.d appoint my wife,GRACE E.DOUGHERTY,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,but in the event she does not
survive ::ne,then I nominate and appoint my children,JOAN L.MAWHINNEY
and RAY N.DOUGHERTY,as co-executors of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment.
