Donora,Washington County,Pa.,being of sound mind,memory and
umlerstanding,do hereby make,publish and decl:are this 8S and f~r'
my last will and testament,hereby revoking and.making null and
void any and all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature
thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situate,I
give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,to my three daughters,
Zelie,Cecile t:md Flora ChE:l.bre.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my brother,Leonard Bossu,
of Coverdale Mine,Fa.,as guardian of the estates of my three
daughters,Zelie,Cecile and Flora Chabre.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint August Chambon,of Donora,
Pa.,as executor of this my last will and testament.
