MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MELVA DARNEY,of Vestaburg,Wflshington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare this instrument to be my last'will and testament,
and I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils thereto by me made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of my
just debts and funeral expenses as Boon as may conveniently be done.
SECOND:I devise to RALPH J.DARNEY of R.D.#1,
Brownsville,PeImsylvani and WILLIAM D.DARNEY of Vestaburg,
Pennsylvania,my sons,if liVing,the sum of one dollar (1.00)each.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest
residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,of which I may
die seized or to which I may in anyway be entitled (Automobile,
home and furniture.),to my daughter,BONNIE LEE vfInTE of Vestaburg,
Pennsylvania.
FOURTH:I hereby appoint BONNIE LEE WHITE,my
daughter,to act as executrix of this last will and testament without
bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this my last will and testament,this 28th.day of April in the
year of our Lord,One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-seven (l977).
We have witnessed the execution and signing of this
instrument by Melva Darney,as her last will and testament this
28th.day of April,1977.and we and each of us hereby affix our
signatures in her presence and in the presence of each other on
the day,month and year aforesaid.
