I,Ruth Gray Henry,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking
any other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executo~hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate I give,devise and
bequeath to my sons,Joseph E.Henry and Charles V.Henry Jr.,
share and share alike.
~I nominate,constitute and appoint my sons,
Joseph E.Henry and Charles V.Henry Jr.,to be Executors of
this my Last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named Ruth Gray Henry as and for her Last Will and Testament,in
the presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at
