LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNIE L.DeSHONG,als known as ANNA L.DeSHONG,of the Borough
of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind and mem ry,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills or
testamentary writings heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I appoint my beloved husband,Arnold S.DeShong,as
Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.In the event that for
any reason my said husband shall not assume or continue in his office
as Executor,I appoint in his place or stead my beloved son,Raymond Y.
DeShong.I direct that no bond shall be required of either of the
appointees named in this paragraph.My Executor,in addition to the
powers conferred upon him by law,shall have the power to sell at public
or private sale,to exchange or to lease,for any period of time,any
real or personal property,and to give options for sales,exchanges or
leases,for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as he deems
proper.
SECOND.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
THIRD.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real,
personal and mixed,wheresoever located and whether acquired before or
after execution of this,my Last Will and Testament,to my aforesaid
husband,Arnold S.DeShong,absolutely,if he shall survive me for a
period of sixty days.
FOURTH.In the event my aforesaid husband should fail to survive
me for a period of sixty days,I give,devise and bequeath all my
property,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever located and whether
acquired before or after execution of this,my Last Will and Testament,
to my beloved children,Raymond Y.DeShong,Irma J.Seiple and Carole A.
Province,in equal shares,absolutely and in fee simple.
FIFTH.In the event that none of the beneficiaries named in
articles THIRD and FOURTH shall survive me,I direct that all my
property,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever located and whether
acquired before or after execution of this,my Last Will and Testament,
shall pass and be distributed according to the scheme of distribution
set out in the laws of Pennsylvania governing intestate descent,except
that so long as any relatives of mine can be identified as relatives
who would be entitled to share in my estate except for the provisions of
the Intestate Law preventing such sharing by reason of the remoteness of
their relationship to me,there shall be no failure and escheat because
of remoteness.
SIXTH.I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death,of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the
administration of my estate.
SEVENTH.In construing the provisions of this,my Last Will and
Testament,use of the masculine,feminine and neuter genders shall
include the others;the singular shall include the plural and the plural
shall include the singular;and words used in the past or present tense
shall include the future tense.The terms "child!!,TTchildren",
f!descendantTT ,"descendantsTT and "issue"shall include any per'son adopted
by me or by any child or descendant of mine,and his descendants.
