I,ATTILIO CICCONE,of L~57 Third Street,Donora,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and declaring null and void any and all Wills and CQdicils by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor to pay my just debts,the
expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate to my
son Arnold Ciccone subject to the following 9rovisions which shall
be a charge on my real estate:
A.That my daughter Emilia Cicc-Jne,if s~'1e be unmarried
at the time of my decease,shall have the right and privilege to
live in and occu9Y with my son Arnold Ciccone r.1.y family homestead
and further that he provide for and support said Emilia Ciccone
until she marry,if the smne be necessary due to unemplo~nent or
physical inability.
B.That the said Arnold Ciccone pay my s~ns Domenic
Ciccone,Dave Ciccone and Freddie Ciccone the sum of Three Hundred
($300.00)Dollars each,which I give and bequeath to them.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,of which I
shall die seized and possessed or to which at the time of my death I
may be entitled,I give,devise and bequeath to my ~on Arnold Ciccone
FOURTH:I na~e and appoint as the Executor of this Last
Will and Testament my son Arnold Ciccone.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand with my
mark and seal this 11th day of October 1957.
