LAST WILL fiND TESTAMENT
I,ROSS H.HOWELL,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may own or have
the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I do hereby give,
devise and bequeath,share and share alike,absolutely,unto my
three children,namely,Ross Harold Howell,Jeanne H.Humphreys,
and Peggie H.Watson.
2.I hereby appoint my son,Ross Harold Howell,as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 14th day of October,1960.
