~.!!REMEMBERED,that I,WINFIELD SCOTT HOLT,JR.,of
7706 Picker-ing street,Philadelphia,Pennsylvania,being of sound,
disposing :nind,memory and understanding,do hereby make.publish
and deolar9 this to be my last Wlll and Testament;hereby revoking
and making null and void any and.all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST - I order and direct that all my just debts end fumreJ.
expenses b~fully paid and satisfied,out of my estate,by my
Executrix or Executrixes hereinafter named,as Boon as convenient
after my decease.
SECON)-All the rest,residue and rerrainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kim.and nature the same
may be and wheresoever situate,of which I shall die seized and
possessed,or to wh~ch I may thereafter become entitled,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my wife,MIRIAM L.FOLT,absolutely,
provided she survives me f=>r the space of thirty days.In the
event that she does not,then I give,devise and bequeath all my
estate as aforesaid to my three children,MRS.GLADYS W.PHIPPS,
MRS.PHYLLIS F.FLACCO and MRS.MIRIAM V.KURTZ in equal shares,
absolutely.If any of my ~hildren die leaving issue,such issue
shall take the share their ~rent would have taken if she had lived;
if any die without is sue,the share of the om or ones dying shall
go to my surviving child or ohildren.
THIRD - I make the above .pr.ovis·o for the reason that it might
happen that my wife and myaelf might depart this life within a
short p:lriod of each other without our children being properly
protected.

LASTLY - I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint trW wife,
MIRIAM L.3:0LT,to be the sole Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament in the event that she survives 100 as above set forth;in
the event that she does not qualify,then I appoint my tr~ee
daughters,MRS.GLADYS W.PHIPPS,MRS.PHYLLIS F.F1ACCO,and

MRS.MIRIAM V.KURTZ,and the survivor of them,to be the Executrixes
\of this my last Will and Testament,hereby giving am granting unto
all of'my Executrixes,and the s urvivor,full power am authority
to sell and dispose of any or all of my real estate,at either public
or private sale or sales,for such price or prices,and upon such
terms and conditions as to them may seem best;and to sign,seal,
execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof,such
instruments in writing as may be necessary in the law to confirm the
title thereto in suoh purchaser or purohasers,lrilo are to take the
same freed,cleared and discharged from any liability on his,her,
or their part to see to the proper application of the purchase money.
I hereby d:'rect that said executrixes shall not be compelled to file
any bond,or post security for the performance of their respective
duties.
