LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Laura V.Holder,of Beallsville Borough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make this my last Will:
1.All of my just debts and my funeral expenses shall
be paid as soon as convenient.
2.I direct that my funeral expenses shall be not less
than One Thousand Two Hundred and No/100 ($1,200.00)Dollars.
3.I bequeath to Richard Smiley,son of Joseph Smiley,
One Thousand and No/100 ($1,000.00)Dollars.
4.I bequeath to Lynne Clifton,my cousin,Two Hundred
and No/100 ($200.00)Dollars.
5.I bequeath unto Grace Powers Two Hundred and No/100
($200.00)Dollars.
6.I bequeath to Myrtle E.Welsh,wife of George
Welsh,Jr.,Five Hundred and No/100 ($500.00)Dollars.
7.I bequeath to Rena Kinder,wife of Atwater Kinder,
Two Hundred and No/100 ($200.00)Dollars.
8.I bequeath to Eleanore Rice,wife of William Rice,
of Pittsburgh my largest diamond ring.
9.I bequeath to Thelma Johnson my cluster diamond
ring.
10.All the rest and residue of my estate I devise and
bequeath to Eleanore Rice,wife of William Rice.
11.All inheritance taxes or Federal Estate taxes upon
the devises and bequests herein made shall be paid out of my
residuary estate so that the bequests will not be reduced because
of taxes.
12.I appoint my attorney,Barron P.McCune,executor
of this Will.
