I,WILLIAM S.BEVERIDGE,Sr.,widower,a resident
of Somerset Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being
of sound mind and memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,
as well as all instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore
made by me,and do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
and testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor herein-
after named,as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:. I hereby give and devise to my daughter,
BLANCHE HANDS,the following described parcel of land situate
in Somerset TO¥ffiShip,Washington County,Pennsylvania,bounded
and described as follows:
Beginning at a point common to land no I or formerly
of Ellsworth Collieries Company,lands of Richard
Davis and the parcel herein described;thence from
said point of beginning,along line of lands of
Richard Davis,South 560 52'west,141.27 feet to a
point at the center of a Public Road;thence along
the center line of said Public Road,North 510 32'
West,27.10 feet to a point;thence along same,North
620 30'West,50.82 feet to a point;thence leaving
said road and along line of land herein being devised
to lilliam S.Beveridge,Jr.,North 560 52'East,
174.75 feet to a point on line of land now or formerly

the center line of a Public Road;thence along center
line of said Public Road,North 620 30'West,80.32
feet to a point;thence leaving said road and along
line of land herein being devised to Margaret Beveridge

FOURTH:I hereby give and devise to my daughter,
HARGARET BEVERlOOE,and to my granddaughter,NAOMI GECR,the
following described parcel of land,including the dwelling

ton County,Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stone at the corner of lands now or
formerly of the Ellsworth Collieries Company,E.J.

herein being devised to William S.Beveridge,Jr.;
