I,ESTEN L.HAZLETT,of the Borough of'Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and deolare this to be my
Last Will and Testament in manner and form following,hereby re-
,
voking any Will or Wills,by me,heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found con-
venlent.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath the remainder of
all my property,real,personal,or mixed,of whatever nature and
wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my death,to BERTHA L.HAZLETT,my wife,to have
and to hold the same to her own use,absolutely and forever.
And I do nominate,constitute and appoint my said wife,
BERTHA L.HAZLETT,sole exeoutrix of this,my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,ESTEN L.HAZLETT,the testator,
have to this,my will,set my hand and seal this 18th day of
