LAST WILL AND T:=STAME1'"T
I,ANNA M.BUSH,of the Township of Nottingham,
County of Wash ngton and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being
of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make and
publish this my Last'ill and Testament,revoking any will or
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as may be convenient for them to do.
ITEM 2.I will,devise and bequeath the tract of
eleven acres more or less,situate in Nottingham Township,said
County and state,devised to me by my husband,John F.Bush,by
II his Last Will and Testament recorded in Will Book Vol.75 page 12~,
as folloY/s:
(a)Unto my daughter,Garnet I.Ford,her heirs and assi~ns,
the Northerly one-third (1/3)of said tract,including the mansior
house erected thereon;
(b)Unto my son,J.Frank Bush,his heirs and assigns,the
Southerly one-third (1/3)of said tract of land;
(c)Unto my son,Thomas E.Bush,his heirs and assigns,the
remaining one-third (1/3)of said tract,"hich adjoins other
lot owned by him.
ITEM 3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,both real personal and mixed,and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath unto my three ch~ldren,Garnet I.Fore,
J.Frank Bush and Thomas E.Bush,share and share alike,their
heirs and assigns forever.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint my
three children,namely,Garnet I.Ford,J.Frank bush and Thomas
E.Bush,to be Executrix and Executors of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN NITNESS NHEREOF,I,ANNA A.BUSH,the Testatrix,
have unto this my Last ill and Testament,set my hand and seal
this the 17th day of January,1951.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named
Anna M.Bush as and for her Last ~ill and Testament,in the
presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at her
II request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testatrix
and of each other.
